Most recently, Lyle served on the Executive Committee of Arcera Life Sciences, with broad responsibility across operations, supply chain, quality, and finance. He previously held senior leadership roles at Lonza and Novartis, where he led major productivity programs, strategic planning, and business performance initiatives in complex global organizations.
