Flow CAST® — Functional Allergy Diagnostics
Flow CAST® is an IVDR-compliant Basophil Activation Test (BAT) that measures the functional immune response to allergens in vitro, from a routine blood sample. It bridges the gap between sensitization detected by sIgE or skin prick testing, and true clinical allergy, giving clinicians the objective data they need to make better diagnostic decisions.
