EntroGen, Inc is a US based bio-technology company developing novel genotyping assays in the area of oncology. Their mission is to offer easy-to-use and inexpensive genotyping and mutation analysis assays to the laboratories that can be run on nearly all existing real-time PCR instruments.


KRAS/BRAF and EGFR real-time PCR kits

EntroGen’s CE-IVD marked KRAS/BRAF mutation panel is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based assay and uses allele-specific probes to identify the presence of mutations in KRAS codons 12, 13 and 61, as well as BRAF V600E.
EntroGen’s CE-IVD marked EGFR mutation analysis kit is a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based assay that uses mutant-specific probes to identify the presence of 29 EGFR mutations. The testing procedure involves three (3) simple steps, which can be completed in approximately 2 hours from DNA to test results.
These assays require a real-time PCR instrument able to detect FAM and VIC fluorescence signals. The tests include reagents required for the PCR amplification and signal detection, as well as validated reaction controls. Columns and reagents for DNA isolation are not included.
